FREE Consultation

Come meet me so we can discuss what you aim to get from your Personal Training sessions. We can meet at The Holbrook Club in Horsham or at your home.

During the consultation we will begin your fitness journey. I gather some basic information about you, your exercise history and what goals you have set yourself. Then together we can make them achievable.

I will also perform a few basic tests to assess your current health such as taking your Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate and Weight. If there are any more specific tests related to your goals we can do that in our next session such as Body Circumferences or Fitness Tests.

Using the information in this meeting we can monitor your progress throughout your fitness development.

Personal Training

I personally design and develop fitness programmes for our sessions together. These personal training sessions can be at The Holbrook Club in Horsham or at your home. Within these fitness programmes I will use a variation of effective training methods to help keep you motivated and enjoying your personal training experience.

I use a range of functional training equipment to help you towards your goals, be it losing weight, gaining muscle or training for an event. In your time personal training with me I aim to make sure I not only help you achieve your goal but improve your overall health working on flexibility, mobility and strength.

You can either have personal training for 30 minute or 1 hour sessions.

Nutritional Advice

To provide you with the best possible nutritional advice for your goals I need to understand what you are already eating and drinking. So prior to our meeting I will have you complete a food diary for 1 week allowing me to see what your general habits are. Once I have received this I will analyse the information and draw up an action plan and alternatives to guide you to a healthier diet and to progress towards your goals. I present all the information to you in a meeting either at The Holbrook Club, Horsham or your home to help you make a change.

Group Training

If you prefer working out with friends or fancy a fun way to improve team work with your colleagues I offer group sessions. These sessions are for a minimum of 5 clients and can be held at The Holbrook Club, Horsham, a house or other work location.
